The New Zealand Qualifications Authority is a national board to regulate qualifications in New Zealand. It links the qualifications from each education and training sector into a single comprehensive national qualifications framework named New Zealand Qualification Frame work. There are generally two Intakes in New Zealand: February and July.

However ITPs and Private Institutes generally have February, May, July, September and November intakes for courses like Management, Business, Hospitality, IT, Computing and some  Private Institutes generally have February, May, July, September and November intakes for courses like Management, Business, Hospitality, IT, Computing and some Private Institutes also has an intake every month. There is no deadline as such in Australia but it is recommended to make applications at least 3 months prior to the start date to avoid last moment hassles.

Many world-recognised universities provide us with the option to study in New Zealand without IELTS. They have alternative criteria for selection like online interviews, English marks in high school, English major or joining a pre-sessional English course.
